Items in this set were collected from Sissy Thomas (Alibamu), Tca" li' se' (Lizzie, Alibamu) and Polly (Alibamu) in 1910 by anthropologist Mark Raymond Harrington (1882-1971, MAI staff member), assisted by Chief William M. Skye (Peoria, 1868-1923), during fieldwork sponsored by George Heye.
