Formerly owned by Edith Boehmer (1905-1990, a teacher in Seminole schools and one of the founders of the Seminole Craft Guild); donated to the Indian Arts and Crafts Board by Edith Boehmer in 1965; part of the IACB Headquarters collection (Department of the Interior, Washington, DC) until 2000 when it was transferred to NMAI.
