Said to have been taken from the body of an Indian man between 1880 and 1885 by Colonel Henry I. Raymond (1857-1932, a US Army surgeon); formerly in the collection of Katherine Quinn (Katherine C. White/Mrs. George Quinn); donated to MAI by Mrs. Quinn in 1982.
