Formerly owned by Miccosukee Seminole religious and community leader Ingraham (Ingram) Billie (1895-1983); acquired between 1933 and 1941 by Deaconess Harriet M. Bedell (1875-1969, an Episcopal missionary who worked with the Seminole between 1933 and 1961); purchased by MAI from Deaconess Bedell in 1942.
