Worn by members of John Osceola's family during the 1938 Seminole Green Corn Ceremony; given by John Osceola to Texas Jim Mitchell (1891-1973) and his wife Mae Gordon Mitchell (1901-1992) of Sarasota, Florida, in 1938; donated to MAI by Mr. and Mrs. Texas Jim Mitchell in 1939.
