Scope and Contents: View of Tuscarora chief, Clinton Rickard standing alongside four wampum belts displayed outdoors. He is wearing the same outfit as in P14082, which was taken during a delegation trip to Governor Roosevelt in Albany, New York, circa 1929. It is possible this photograph was made at the same time.
