Additional speakers include: Robert "Bob" Burnette (Tribal Chair of the Rosebud Sioux), continued from tape 6, Joe DelaCruz (Chairman of the Quinault Tribe), Jim McKay (Lummi Tribe, Washington), Lucy Covington (Secretary of the Colville Tribe).
