Speakers include: Oveta Culp Hobby, chief of the Children's Bureau of the Department of Health, continued from Tape 8. Sound becomes distorted at 07:20 minutes. Group sings "America the Beautiful" and "Home on the range" at 11:00 minutes. N.B. Johnson introduces Thomas Segundo.
