Scope and Contents
This collection contains 110 color slides used in an educational slide show titled "Story of the American Indian," and is broken up into geographical areas. Each slide shows two drawings with captions about the day to day lives of American Indians. The terms and ideas depicted in the slide show reflect the accepted knowledge of Native peoples at the time and may be outdated.
Slides numbers are S01682-SS01792; slide S01747 was destroyed.
